Sorry to hear of your loss. I first remember Billy when I was attending Franklin County High School, he was working for TDOT. I remember the Deputy Sheriff and THP days. When I went to work as a State Trooper Billy was working Coffee County, and I was stationed in Nashville. My brother Jim Gattis kept me up to date with Billy. The last time I talked to Billy was at J.C. Northcutt's visitation. My prayers are with you at this time.
