Billy Joe Kimbrough, age 73, of Winchester, TN departed this life on Friday, November 5, 2010 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Mr. Kimbrough was of the Baptist faith. He was known to many as a “jack of all trades” and was a service mechanic for small appliances most of his life. Mr. Kimbrough was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Kimbrough is survived by his wife, Lois Mabry Kimbrough of Winchester. Daughter, Millicent Smith of Fayetteville, Son, Joey Kimbrough of Flintville. Granddaughters; April McCormack of Winchester, Mandy Smith of Jacksonville, FL and Crystal Warden of New Market, AL. Great-Grandchildren; Allison and Jeb Huffman. Sisters; Kathleen Walker, Charlene Davis, and Shirley Kimbrough. Brother, Stanley Kimbrough. Step-Daughters; Melinda Partin and Marty Edwards. Step-Grandchildren, Jennifer and Kelly Edwards and Haley and Collins Partin all of Decherd.
Visitation with the family is scheduled for 4:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday evening in the chapel of Grant Funeral Services. Graveside Services for Mr. Kimbrough are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Flintville, TN with Bro. Buddy Payne officiating. Military honors will be bestowed.
