So sorry to hear about your Mother. I remember you from high school. You actually graduated with my sister Shelia (Short) Tate. Phillip & I lived in Myers Sub. for several years. That's were I knew of your Mother. She was such a kind lady. She never had a cross word to say. She was one of the gems we very seldom see anymore. Sometimes God just needs more good people like her to join by his side in Heaven. My deepest sympathies.

Bob, Drenda and Family - Since I heard of Mrs. Pinkleton's passing....this song has been on my mind. I pray that it comforts you during this time. EARTHS' LOSS HEAVENS' GAIN Register here the sign reads in the parlor Two songs, were her request, for me to sing I stopped, and told the family, how we loved her And I was sorry the death angel came All the flowers that were sent She didn't see them Then the sermon was preached, after I sang All the friends, that dropped by, It didn't matter What earth lost yesterday, Heaven gained Look what's happening in Heaven A cheer went up, as she walked through the gate And the change in her, what a difference Why she's as young, and beautiful, as a babe Guess who's got His arms around her And he just wiped, the last tear from her eyes He said child welcome home forever Come and rest by the river of life. She never had, earths' treasures, She didn't want them Just to provide for her family, nothing more She often talked, about her home, in Heaven She'd been so, longing for. She said when I leave, this world, don't be crying For to me, it will be a stepping stone And when I close my eyes to sleep, for the last time I'll step out of this world, I'll be home. Look what's happening in heaven A cheer went up as she walked through the gate And the change in her what a difference Why she's as young and beautiful as a babe Guess who's got His arms around her And he just wiped the last tear from her eyes He said child welcome home, forever Come and rest by the river of life. He said child welcome home, forever Come and rest by the river of life.

My heart was so saddened to hear about Ms. Gladys. She was such a special and kind lady. I knew her from the years she worked at CVS Pharmacy, she always had a kind word to say to everyone. She would always talk to me as if she had known me all my life, I cared for her deeply... I will miss her and I'll never forget her.
