Michael Paul Rhoads, age 36, of Belvidere, departed this life on
Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at Erlanger Medical Center, Chattanooga
following an extended illness. Michael attended the Church of
Jesus Christ Holiness Faith. He was an "AVID" sports
fan. Michael also attended the New Life Center in
Winchester. He participated in Special Olympics for many
years and especially enjoyed playing basketball.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents Mary Jo Coleman
Rhoads and Danny Lee Rhoads. He is survived by his sisters; Audrey
Steele of Decherd, Sylvia Steele of Tullahoma, Cindy (Tim) Steele
of Belvidere and Renee (Barney) Steele of Manchester.
Step-mother, Martha Rhoads King of Decherd. 5-nieces,
4-nephews, 2-great-nieces and 3-great-nephews.
Visitation for Michael is scheduled for Monday evening in the
Chapel of Grant Funeral Services from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Services will
be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday evening with Bro. Tony Howard,
officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial
Gardens, Winchester.
