William Robert Crockett, age 59, of Winchester, departed this life, on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Southern TN Medical Center in Winchester. Mr. Crockett was born in Huntington, TN to the late William and Virginia Crockett. He was employed for almost 35 years as a commercial painter. Mr. Crockett was of the Baptist faith. He was a loving father and grandfather. He loved fishing and was a race care enthusiast.
He is survived by his daughters; Jenny Crockett (Bill Hanger) of Cowan, Lee (Tim) Gann of Clarksville. Grandchildren; Drew Braston, Kennedy Adkins, Noah and Reece Crockett. Brothers; Johnny (Jeanie) Crockett of Manchester Jack (Cherri) Crockett of Knoxville, and the mother of his children, Rebecca Manley of Lynchburg.
Services for Mr. Crockett are 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Judge Buddy Perry, Eulogist. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00-9:00 Saturday Evening. Interment will be in Mt. Garner Cemetery, Decherd.
